Warch(ée)is an organization that has the purpose of integrating women into the construction field. Born from the observation that in a rapidly urbanizing world, particularly in the Middle East, women are still excluded from certain professions, the NGO, founded by Anastasia Elrouss, aims to create an all-inclusive and evolving world.

A l’heure où la crise économique touche de plein fouet le secteur du bâtiment au Liban, Anastasia Elrouss avait une position que plus d’un.e envieraient. Diplômée en architecture de l’American University of Beirut (AUB) en 2005, elle a commencé par travailler chez Samir Khairallah & Associés au Liban puis chez Jean Nouvel à Paris.
