Promoting the self-sustainability of an NGO workshop employing a diverse group of women in Lebanon through widespread e-presence 2022-2023
Develop and launch the marketing plan: This includes developing diverse marketing activities, increasing our online presence and more specifically establishing our e-shop, a pressing need for the organization with the establishment of the medium industrial machines and the ability to produce more standard or custom-made items. It is a step forward towards reaching self-sustainability.
Grow our communication and advocacy initiative: Communication and advocacy tools will be essential to create more intentional cultural shifts and inclusion of women in the workplace and in decision-making. We are building strategic partnerships with academic, feminist and advocacy institutions.
Sustain the workshop’s activities and operations: With the training and production model having been established, we aim to build a more stable management team who can follow-up on daily operations.
